Hi, I'm Lucy. I love working with food.
I’m a Paris-based Chinese-American chef who found my way to the kitchen on the other side of a solar marketing career. My parents’ southern Chinese heritage and American upbringing gave me an unusually healthy appetite for food, memories and feelings I’ve sought to recreate in my rebirth as a chef. I honed my technique in CAP cuisine and pastry programs here in Paris, and forged my chef DNA in the kitchens of Frenchie on rue du Nil.
My mantra is “eat everything, not too much of anything,” and food waste makes me sad. Whenever possible, I shape my own initiatives around these values.
