I was at an old book shop in Maine looking at cookbooks from the 60s and 70s. I thought about how cool it would be to have something tangible like a cookbook to showcase recipes. But then I realized that my life (as it is now) would likely never accommodate such an endeavor. (Also, I don't have any of my own recipes!) Rather than leave my ideas to sadly wither and die, I've decided to collect them here, where they may have a small chance of taking hold and growing.
